Direct access to our knowledgeable Client Services team. Calls are answered in person during normal business hours.
Patients who have questions about their results, outside of the billing area, will need to speak with their provider. BIOTAP Medical does not discuss results with patients, as our laboratory respects the patient-provider relationship.
